Locals Paul Johnson and Ed Smith founded Bacon & Caviar Gourmet Catering in 2004 with a small client list both working out of a 400 square foot kitchen in West Nashville to grow their business. Today, Bacon & Caviar Gourmet Catering is located in a 2000 square foot kitchen in Nashville’s Woodbine area and employs 15 full and part time employees. Creating unique dishes and some old time southern favorites. As well as any food our clients need to make their event special. We provide all types of catering; weddings, birthdays, cocktail parties, office parties, holiday meals, pickup, full service catering, etc.

B & C BBQ is 100% locally owned and operated and has been serving our take on southern BBQ and homemade sides since we opened our first BBQ restaurant in 2008 at the Nashville Farmer’s Market. B & C Melrose BBQ opened in 2010 in the Melrose/12 South area. B & C BBQ is where we make everything but the buns.
